InvoMagic Terms of Service

By using or otherwise interacting with any services owned by, integrated with, or otherwise affiliated with Invomagic Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" and "You") and Invomagic Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

C. Prohibited Acts

Illegal Activities

This includes the right to cease operations entirely or indefinitely without any obligation to provide prior justification, compensation, or alternatives to users.

No Refunds

In the event of a service shutdown, whether temporary or permanent, or if damages arise due to the use or unavailability of services, users acknowledge and agree that Invomagic Studios is under no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or any form of compensation. This applies regardless of the reason for the shutdown, including but not limited to technical issues, legal requirements, or business decisions.

Users accept that they will not be entitled to any refund for any loss of access, data, or services resulting from such shutdowns or damages.

Severability

These Terms of Service, along with any other legal notices or agreements published by Invomagic on our platforms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Invomagic with respect to your use of our services.

Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Invomagic’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
