By purchasing any premium feature, subscription, or one-time service for any of our bots or projects, you agree to these terms. Each payment grants you limited, non-exclusive access to the specified features or services, with no transfer of ownership or liability on our part.
2. Billing and Payment
One-Time Payments: Certain features or services require a one-time payment, granting access as specified at the time of purchase.
Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions are prepaid and must be manually renewed each month. Subscriptions will expire if not manually renewed before the end of the current billing period.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Discord Nitro (until we get stripe ready)

No Liability for Discontinuation: While we will attempt to keep our services alive till the end of all subscriptions we offer no guarantee, Additionally We hold no liability for any losses or damages resulting from the shutdown or modification of any bot or service, including loss of data, server access, or functionality.

No Liability for Damages: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, security breaches, or misuse of our services.
Security and Unauthorized Access: We are not responsible for any security issues, including hacking, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from the use of our bots or services. Users are solely responsible for securing their servers and ensuring that permissions are correctly configured.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions: We hold no responsibility for actions taken by third parties who have access to your server, nor are we responsible if you choose to grant administrative permissions to others.

10. Termination and Revocation of Services
Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any and all paid features, services, or subscriptions, without refund, if we believe that the user has violated these Payment Terms, our Terms of Service, or any other applicable rules or policies. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in abusive behavior, violating community guidelines, or using our services for illegal activities.
