Payment Terms and Disclaimer of Liability for Invomagic Managed Products, including all bots from MG Bots, services from Dscinv, and more.

1. General Payment Policy

By purchasing any premium feature, subscription, or one-time service for any of our bots or projects, you agree to these Payment Terms, which supplement and are incorporated into the main Invomagic Studios Terms of Service. Each payment grants you limited, revocable, non-exclusive access to the specified features or services, with no transfer of ownership or liability on our part.

2. Billing and Payment

One-Time Payments: Certain features or services require a one-time payment, granting access only as specified at the time of purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions: Subscriptions are prepaid and must be manually renewed each month unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscriptions will automatically expire if not renewed before the end of the current billing period.

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are displayed at the point of purchase or within our official checkout and support channels.

3. Refund & Chargeback Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances once a payment is completed. By purchasing, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to ensure the service meets your needs before making a payment. All purchases are for immediate digital delivery of non-tangible software access; by completing a purchase, you acknowledge immediate fulfillment of the service and expressly waive any statutory cooling-off, withdrawal, or cancellation period.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating a bank chargeback, payment reversal, or billing dispute after purchasing is a material breach of these Terms. Any chargeback or dispute will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all paid features and a permanent blacklist of your account and servers across all Invomagic Studios services without the possibility of appeal.

4. Service Access and User Responsibility

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing your access, security, and permissions related to our bots or services. This includes safeguarding access credentials, managing server roles, and making any changes to permissions.

Loss of Access: We are not responsible for loss of access due to user error, Discord platform actions, server deletion, removal, banning, or accidental granting of administrative permissions to others.

5. Service Shutdown and Discontinuation

Service Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down any bot or service at any time. No refunds or compensation will be provided for discontinued services or any remaining time on active subscriptions or one-time purchases.

No Liability for Discontinuation: While we will attempt to keep our services alive until the end of active subscriptions, we offer no guarantee of uptime or longevity. Additionally, we hold no liability for any losses or damages resulting from the shutdown or modification of any bot or service, including loss of data, server access, or functionality.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

No Liability for Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall Invomagic Studios, its founder, owner, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, security breaches, or misuse of our services. In no event shall Invomagic Studios' total cumulative liability exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific service in the one (1) month immediately preceding the claim.

Security and Unauthorized Access: We are not responsible for any security issues, including hacking, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from the use of our bots or services. Users are solely responsible for securing their servers and ensuring that permissions are correctly configured.

No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions: We hold no responsibility for actions taken by third parties who have access to your server, nor are we responsible if you choose to grant administrative permissions to others.

7. Changes to Features and Pricing

Feature Adjustments: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. These changes apply to both current and new users without compensation or refund.

Price Changes: Pricing may be updated at our discretion, affecting only new purchases or renewals.

8. Support

Premium Support: Priority support queue access is available to eligible users:

- For Dscinv+: Through our Support Tickets for Dscinv+

- For TicketsPRO: Through our PRO Support Tickets

- For CyberShield ULTRA: Via support@cybershieldbot.xyz or our priority ticketing

We guarantee NO specific response time or resolution, and we are not liable for any outcomes based on support recommendations.

Free Support: Free-tier users may access community support as available, without guaranteed response times.

9. Amendments to Payment Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services following any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination, Revocation, and Governing Law

Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any and all paid features, services, or subscriptions, without refund, if we believe that the user has violated these Payment Terms, our Terms of Service, or any other applicable rules or policies. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in abusive behavior, violating community guidelines, or using our services for illegal activities.

Notification: We may, at our discretion, notify the user of the suspension or revocation of their services. However, we are not obligated to provide such notification and may suspend or revoke access without prior notice.

Appeal: Users may appeal any suspension or revocation by contacting our support team. However, the decision to revoke access is final and may not be overturned.

Governing Law: These Payment Terms are subject to all warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and the exclusive State of Michigan governing law and dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Invomagic Studios Terms of Service.
